The hotel offered spacious rooms and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was also advantageous, with a huge mall and amusement park in close proximity. It was convenient to have a variety of shops and restaurants right next to the hotel.
the Wi-Fi reception in our room was very poor, quite frustrating.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was amazing, as it is connected to a shopping mall. Being so close to the mall, it was convenient to find shops, cafes, and restaurants. the hotel's proximity to the amusement park and adventure land was a great bonus, providing action and excitement for the whole family. The rooms were surprisingly quiet, despite being one floor away from all the hustle and bustle. I also appreciated the mobile with apps in every room, allowing me to make free international calls and access information about nearby activities and places.

We stayed at this place for three days and it was amazing. We loved the quiet area it was located in which was not too far from the city center. The shuttle service made it very easy for us to explore different areas of the city. This venue is ideal for families as it has a lot of leisure facilities like a garden area for kids to play in and a kids club to keep them entertained.

Marvelous location with easy access to mall and amusement park. Staff were nice and pro. Grand entrance and large lobby. Huge rooms with palace-like design. Great breakfast with a wide variety of options. Joined to Isfanbul mall with a variety of shops and food court. Helpful reception staff. Ahmed provided excellent service
